Buttermilk Cake

Buttermilk Cake 
 Buttermilkcream? Is that a word? Well it is now, because that is the icing on top.

When following the recipe, adding more applesauce and less buttermilk will give you a more thicker, muffin like cake. Adding more buttermilk instead gives it a lighter flavor, which really reminds me of those Butterscotch Krimpets by Tastykake.
