My Recipe: Toasted Ravioli

My Recipe: Toasted Ravioli
Love this recipe, I feel a sense of pride in sharing this recipe with all of you. I did not follow a recipe online. This is something fresh and new.

Ingredients:
Bread crumbs: mix of home made from french bread, panko, plain crumbs and optional parmesean cheese, and herbs. Basically, use what you got lying around your kitchen.
Herbs: Basil, oregano flower, chives, (whatever you like) try to get some garlic in there, few pinches of salt, pepper, pinch of sugar. You could also use an Italian spice mix.
Dip: mix of egg & fresh herb like chives

Instructions:
Then dip both sides in bread crumbs, put on baking sheet sprayed /wiped with cooking oil. Toast each side for 4 min at 400 degrees.
They will puff up inside if you overcook.
Enjoy!
You can use the same breadcrumb mixture for chicken. Just use separate bowls and avoid cross contamination. 400 degrees in oven. Bake 4-5 minutes, then flip and bake another 5 minutes until cooked through.
